Team Parker T-Shirt Design Contest

Are you a creative artist in Assembly District 5? Here’s your chance to design the official campaign T-shirt for Neva Parker for Assembly 2026! 

The chosen design will be printed on our campaign T-shirts, worn proudly by supporters, and used at events. The selected artist will also receive $250 payment for their design.

Contest Guidelines

Eligibility:

• Entrants must live within Assembly District 5. (Check here: findyourrep.legislature.ca.gov/)

• All ages may enter. Artists under 18 must have parent/guardian permission to participate. Parental Consent Form

• Both freehand and digital designs are welcome.

• AI-generated art is not allowed.

Design Requirements:

• Must feature “Neva Parker for Assembly” or campaign logo in the design. It can be featured in a creative way.

• Can incorporate elements of Assembly District 5 (landmarks, community identity, historical references to the district etc.) and/or reflect Neva herself. Feel free to contact her and ask questions. neva@nevaparkerforassembly.com

• The design must be 1-color only (to be printed in either white or dark blue).

• Must be suitable for printing on a white or dark blue T-shirt.

• Be original, creative, and inspiring!

Design Restrictions:

• No copyrighted or trademarked material may be used.

• No offensive or inappropriate imagery.

• AI art will not be considered.

Submission Details

• Submit as a high-resolution PDF, PNG, or JPEG file.

• Freehand drawings must be scanned or photographed clearly.

• Submit your design to info@nevaparkerforassembly.com. Include with your design your:

  • Full name

  • Age (if under 18, include parent/guardian permission)

  • Contact information

  • A short description (150 words max) of your design and inspiration.

  
  

Deadline

All entries must be submitted by November 30th.

Winner Selection

• The winning design will be chosen by the Neva Parker for Assembly campaign team.

• The selected artist will be paid $250 for their work.

• The chosen design becomes the property of the Neva Parker for Assembly 2026 campaign for use on merchandise and promotional materials.
