Neva Parker Campaign Launches Community Diaper Drive to Support Local Families This Holiday Season

Auburn, CA — Neva Parker’s campaign for State Assembly announced the launch of a community Diaper Drive to support families in need in the district. The effort will culminate on December 17th, during the campaign’s winter fundraiser, Noche de Neva, at El Tapatio in Auburn, but residents will have multiple opportunities to donate without attending the event.
The campaign will collect diapers of all sizes and deliver them to local organizations serving families across Placer County. Donations can be dropped off on:
Friday, December 12th — 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
Saturday, December 13th — 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm
Location: 161 Palm Avenue, Auburn, CA 95603 - Second Floor
And before the event:
Wednesday, December 17, 2025 — 5:00 – 6:00 pm
Location: El Tapatio, 2100 Grass Valley Hwy, Auburn, CA
“This campaign is about strengthening our community,” said Neva Parker, candidate for State Assembly. “The holidays remind us that we’re at our best when we show up for one another. It doesn’t matter what party you belong to, every one of us can help a family in need. That’s what this diaper drive represents.”
The diaper drive aims to ease the financial burden faced by many young families, for whom diapers can be one of the most expensive recurring necessities. All collected items will be donated to trusted local organizations ensuring they reach families who need them most.
